In this modern world, if you want to escape **mediocrity**, you have to develop the power of taking action now. This keeps you **motivated** towards moving in the **right direction**. The habit of taking action helps you **achieve** what you desire. **Success** is not guaranteed by birth and you have to learn to achieve it by your own actions.

Sometimes, actions can be hard to take because of the fear of possible **outcomes**. But you should always do your best without worrying about the outcomes. The outcomes are never in our hands and all we can do is give our best in the things we do. The **obstacles** and the detours will **distract** you from your desired results but do not allow that to become your primary **focus**. Failures in your life can refrain you from taking further action. But you should treat **failures** in your life as a **lesson** learned, so you can be wanting to learn even more. Pushing, yourself beyond your [comfort zone](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comfort_zone) through your actions builds your trust within yourself. By developing the habit of taking action you tend to enjoy the Journey more than the outcome. The hardest part of taking action is to get started. The more you repeat a new action the more normal it becomes, but if you never start you will never develop a **habit**. So, you should learn to take action at the very moment when you want to get started. Because half of your work is done when you are able to get started with it. \

The results are never in our hands, and all we can do is give our best in the things we do. The obstacles and the detours will distract you from your desired results but do not allow that to become your primary focus.\
**Failures** are the pillars of success. Failures in your life can refrain you from taking further action. But it would help if you treat failures in your life as a lesson, so you can want to learn even more. Pushing yourself beyond your **comfort zone** through your actions builds your trust within yourself.\

A study conducted on how immediate actions effects **productivity** showed that direct action effects do not reinforce the execution of specific motor actions itself but facilitate activities depending on the stimulus-response relationship.\

The hardest part of taking action is to get started. The more you repeat a new activity, the more normal it becomes, but if you never start, you will never develop a **habit**. So, it would help if you learned to take action at the very moment when you want to get started. By setting the habit of taking action, you tend to enjoy the **Journey** more than the outcome.
