Weather refers to short term atmospheric conditions while climate is the weather of a specific region averaged over a long period of time. Climate change refers to long-term changes. \
You can make your own crossword puzzle. Select a puzzle size first. The squares' colors can then be changed by clicking or tapping on them. Add any starting letters to the grid last. For instance, you can fill in the bottom row or leave it empty. When you're finished, click 'check' or 'solve' to make sure your puzzle is valid, and then send it to your friends! https://octordle.io

## Weather and Climate- their similarities and differences:

Weather is the **daily** condition of the **atmosphere** in a particular place or region in short-term changes. The Climate of a place can be defined as the **statistical** information of the weather, which describes the shift in the weather of a given place over a specific time interval. They are sometimes used interchangeably but are different in terms of the amount of **time** used to measure them and the trends that affect them.

\

The Climate of a place includes information regarding **temperature,** humidity, sunshine, wind velocity, and even phenomena like fog, hail storms, and frosts over a long period. Weather, on the other hand, includes sun, cloud cover, rain, snow, hail, thunderstorms, flooding, blizzards, and many more. \
The weather of a place may **change** from minute to minute, hour to hour, day-to-day, and season-to-season, but the Climate is the average of the weather conditions over **time** and space changes, so the change of Climate is gradual and not as abrupt as weather change. \
Weather **forecasts** are made by collecting data that define the current condition of the atmosphere in terms of temperature, humidity, and wind and using mathematical models to find how the atmosphere is expected to change in the future. [Climate](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/299742/climate-change-and-health) reports are made by using weather statistics. \
A period of 30 years, in general, is taken to determine an area's Climate as the weather patterns have to be observed **regularly**. The classification of Earth's climatic zones is mainly based upon annual trends of temperature and rainfall reports. \
