- You can nearly totally do the same thing with **laptops and iPads.** You may use either device to browse the web, access apps, and even complete tasks using Microsoft Word or Excel.
- iPads are significantly smaller than computers. iPads are lighter than laptops due to their smaller size. An iPad weighs roughly 2 to 3 pounds, whereas a laptop weighs at least 5 pounds.
- The size disparity between the two gadgets, however, has its own set of advantages. iPads are compact and portable due to their small size and light weight.
- The touch screen interface of iPads makes them tough to use if you type frequently. Those who want to navigate the device should use a touch screen interface.
- Although an iPad has few internal components, its battery takes up the majority of its space. They have a substantially longer battery life as a result of this. An iPad may be used for roughly 8 to 10 hours before it has to be recharged. On the other side, a laptop has a larger battery capacity.
- Higher capacity, faster performance, and improved multitasking. Using a laptop allows you to perform more demanding tasks like HD graphics and multi-app usage. The iPad, on the other hand, excels at more fundamental tasks.
