- Data deleted from the [**iPad**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/94876/how-do-you-make-notes-on-an-ipad) interface is no longer accessible, but it is not deleted from the iPad's storage. Erase iPad to wipe all of your content and settings from storage.
- From Settings, you can delete iPad. If you can't go into Settings, you can delete your iPad with a computer.
- Navigate to **Settings > General > iPad Transfer or Reset.**
- If you're wiping your iPad to make room for a new iPad you already own, you can use iCloud's extra free storage to transfer your apps and data to the new device. Return to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad after tapping Get Started and following the onscreen steps.
- Erase All Content and Settings is the last option.
