- The **ideal monitor size** for your programming setup is determined by your distance from the monitor and the resolution you desire.
- Smaller monitors have the advantage of allowing you to see more of your code and other windows without moving your eyes as much.
- If you have a larger monitor with a higher resolution, you can have more windows and apps on the screen overall.
- The resolution determines the sharpness, but a larger screen allows you to view it at a more comfortable scale. When coding on a 27-inch monitor, a 1440p image will appear much more crisp than a 1080p image.
