**Type of cards does [camera](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/50972/how-to-fix-apple-iphone-6s-plus-camera-problems-no-flash-no-focus-blurry-photos-random-app-crashes-camera-app-missing) takes:**

- For professional photographers, the CompactFlash **(CF Card)** is the memory card of choice. CompactFlash cards are supported by most high-end DSLRs, including the Canon EOS-1D X Mark II.
- **Secure Digital (SD)** is the SD card's most basic format. The dimensions are 32 mm x 24 mm and the thickness is 2.1 mm. They perform admirably, although not as quickly as other SD cards.
- **SDHC cards** were established to fulfil the rising demand for high-definition pictures and video. These cards have the same size and form as normal SD cards, but they meet the requirements of version 2.0.
- As the name implies, a Micro Secure Digital (MicroSD) card is a little version of an SD card.
- Micro Secure Digital High Capacity (MicroSDHC) cards are similar to SDHC cards in that they can store up to 32 GB of data.
- The Extreme Digital Picture Card (xD) is a flash memory card that may be used in digital cameras. Its dimensions are 20 mm x 25 mm and its thickness is 1.7 mm.
