- The **microphone** is usually placed close to the webcam. You'll find it on the right side of the screen's built-in lens.
- By clicking the gear icon in the system tray, you may access your Chromebook's settings.
- Open the section on privacy and security.
- You'll see a list of particular things that can be modified if you click Site settings.
- Find Camera or Microphone by scrolling down the list. They each have their own settings page, but the process of altering them is the same.
