- Receipts that have been read are far more common than most people assume. With most major email services, you may request return/read receipts with any email you send. Some will even allow you to specify these receipts for each email you send.
- Go to Apps >> GSuite >> Settings for [**Gmail**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/95199/why-is-our-gmail-not-working-in-outlook) >> Advanced Settings, then click OK. Scroll down to the Email **Read Receipts** section for this cryptic option: 'Allow email read receipts to be delivered to all addresses in my organisation as well as the following email addresses.' Change the setting to 'on.'
