- Technology is the application of scientific knowledge to real-world problems, whether in industry or in our daily lives. So, fundamentally, whenever we employ our scientific knowledge to attain some specified aim, we're using technology.
- Well, there is slightly more to it than that. Technology usually entails the use of a certain piece of equipment, which might be either extremely simple or dazzlingly sophisticated. It may be anything from the invention of the wheel to computers and MP3 players.
