Furthermore, the size of the update has an impact on the time it takes. Some updates are minor, and you may not even notice them being installed, while others are large and take a long time to complete.
- Windows 10 distributes a large number of regular updates, some of which increase stability and performance, as well as critical updates, which are mostly bug fixes and flashy new features. Windows 10 updates are rather common, occurring twice a month on average.
