- **Paint** has been added to the list of Windows 10 deprecated features, and Microsoft has stated that it will be made available as a free independent programme in the Microsoft Store. Paint 3D was designed by [**Microsoft**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/96177/what-are-the-common-issues-in-microsoft-office) to be a replacement for Paint.
- Despite the fact that the operating system's options have grown dramatically and feature-rich alternatives abound, Paint has remained popular among Windows users. According to a blog post published earlier this year by Microsoft, the original Paint software has over 100 million monthly users.
