- A motion route can be added to an item.
- To animate an object, right-click it.
- Click **Add Animation** on the Animations tab.
- Choose one from the **Motion Paths section.**
- Tip: If you select Custom path, you will be able to draw the path you wish the object to take.
- Click the object on the slide, then **Animations > Preview** to see the motion route in action.
- Press Esc to stop drawing a custom path.
