- Select Record Macro from the Code area of the Developer tab on the Ribbon. Give it a name that will help you remember it (no spaces) and a key that works for you.
- The shortcut box shows **Ctrl + another key**, but Shift can be added by holding it down while selecting a key. Remember that you can override regular keyboard shortcuts here, so if you execute your macro with **Ctrl + Z,** you won't be able to undo with that shortcut.
