- To preserve our members' overall experience and to guarantee that they only receive appropriate requests, we have set limits on the number of invitations they can receive.
- For the following circumstances, your LinkedIn account may be temporarily blocked from issuing invitations to people:
- You've sent a lot of invitations in a short period of time.
- The recipients of many of your invitations have ignored them, left them waiting, or designated them as spam.
- Note: [**LinkedIn**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/96431/how-do-you-withdraw-an-invitation-on-linkedin) members can have a maximum of **30,000 first-degree contacts** in their network to guarantee an ideal site experience. We advise you to keep only high-quality connections in your network.
- We urge that you only issue invitations to people you know and trust, in accordance with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies, to ensure that LinkedIn remains a safe community.
- Invitation limits and restrictions apply to all LinkedIn members.
- You are unable to purchase or obtain further invitations while you are limited, or at any other time.
- LinkedIn Support is unable to provide any additional information on the type or reason for the invitation restriction on your account due to your privacy concerns.
