- The key reason for **LinkedIn's connection** limit is that it prioritises quality over quantity.
- The limit applies to accounts with the sole intention of having a large number of connections. The general concept is that on a professional level, you can't possibly know or communicate with more than 30,000 people. In reality, even this figure may seem excessive! So having so many links makes no sense.
- When you achieve 30,000 connections, you can no longer accept connection invitations. Instead of establishing a connection, anyone who wishes to stay in touch with you can Follow you.
