- Log in to your **[Facebook](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/96372/is-it-possible-to-see-who-viewed-and-watched-your-facebook-video-how) account.** To access the General Account Settings page, click the 'Arrow' in the upper-right corner of any Facebook page and select 'Settings.'
- At the bottom of the General Account Settings Page, click the **'Download a Copy'** link. This will take you to the Download Your Information page on Facebook.
- Select 'Start My Archive' from the drop-down menu. When asked, enter your Facebook password again.
- Then, on the next screen, click the 'Start My Archive' button. You will receive two emails from Facebook. The first is a confirmation email from Facebook, alerting you that your request has been received.
- Within a few hours to several days, you'll receive a second email with a download link to your archive. If Facebook is unable to retrieve your archive, it will send you an email urging you to try again in three days.
