You can make any of **these calls from Skype Translato**r in the same way you would from any other Skype client, but you cannot use the translation functionality. Skype translation is currently only available for one-on-one, Skype-to-Skype calls.

You should not install the Skype [Translator](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/103420/what-is-skype-translator-and-how-does-it-work) client and the Skype for modern Windows client at the same time, but you can install Skype for Windows Desktop on the same computer where you intend to install Skype Translator. Make sure you are only signed in to Skype Translator when making a call to get the most out of it and avoid confusion. You should ideally be logged out of all other clients.
