- Navigate to **[Skype](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/96295/how-can-you-record-a-skype-video-chat-so-you-can-put-it-into-a-movie).com** and click the sign-in option on the top right of the page to **reset your Skype password.** When prompted, enter your email address or phone number, then continue to the next window. When prompted for a password, click the **Forgot password option.**
- You'll need to prove your identity here, just like when changing your password.
- To acquire a security code delivered to your email address or phone number, follow the procedures and enter it when prompted.
- To login back into your account, go to the next window, enter and reenter your new password, and then click next.
