- ICICI Bank, India's largest private lender, recently announced the debut of banking services via WhatsApp, despite the country's current lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic. Customers must save the verified WhatsApp profile number of ICICI Bank in their contact list. Customers can use the WhatsApp banking services to check their savings account balance, recent transactions, credit card limit, and block and unblock credit and debit cards, among other things.
