- Begin by **turning off the printe**r. Then double-click the downloaded driver installer file to launch the application.
- When you try to launch, install, or remove any software or programme on the above-mentioned Windows versions, a command prompt box appears.
- Second, you may receive a request for Administrator permission, which will require your confirmation before proceeding. To proceed with the process, simply click YES, ALLOW, or CONTINUE.
- You can choose the connection option from the Client to utilise this printer on a network of PCs. When you select CANCEL, on the other hand, you can manually select a connection through the Connect cable window. When you're ready to use, you can confirm your choice.
- Mounting the disc begins with a double-click on the downloaded image file. This step unpacks the archive and installs it using the correct installer.
- Locate the name of the data to be installed and double-click it to begin the installation procedure.
- The procedure for installation begins. Pay attention to what's being said and respond appropriately. If a prompt to accept or agree to the terms of the Software License Agreement appears, scan through the terms and accept them. Select the installation's final destination and click CONTINUE.
- Select INSTALL from the drop-down menu. The administrator requires you to provide the administrator's Username and Password and then click INSTALL.
- Complete the installation process and exit the page.Finally, the system alerts you when the installation procedure is complete.
- Before using the printer, restart the computer.
