- There are a **few new apps, as well as a few others with significant new functionality and UI changes.** The performance and usability have both been improved.
- Project Catalyst: iPad apps that have been ported to the Mac Music, Podcasts, and Apple TV apps, which have taken the role of the [**iTunes**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/50797/how-to-sync-your-apple-iphone-7-with-itunes-manage-and-customize-sync-settings) app.
- The Photos app has been improved.
- The Notes app has been improved.
- Apple Mail now has three new features: unsubscribe, silence a thread, and block a sender
- Safari has been updated.
- Reminders has been redesigned.
- Find My iPhone and Find My Friends have been combined into a new Find My app.
- For Mac, there's a programme called Screen Time.
- Sidecar is a device that allows you to use an iPad as an external display.
- Voice Commands
- Improved features for maintaining your Apple ID
- QuickTime Player has been enhanced. Picture-in-Picture, Movie Inspector, and more features are available.
- Sharing folders in iCloud Drive
- The ability to revert to a previous version of macOS from a snapshot
- Support for international languages has been improved.
