The Afghan cadets will receive training via the **Ministry of External Affairs' Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Programme**. The Afghan embassy announced in a statement that 'eighty young Afghan cadets who recently graduated from various military schools in India have been offered a 12-month training program in **Effective English Communication for Business and Office.'** On February 7, the program will begin. **The cadets will be assigned to three different institutes in India and will be supplied with housing and a monthly stipend.**
