# I am facing so many problems in the Firefox browser. Firefox isn't sounding/loading pages/opening/responding. How do I solve this?

**Steps to solve this [Firefox](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/95659/how-do-i-keep-firefox-from-saving-my-password) isn't sounding/loading pages/opening/responding.:**

- for the sake of sound-Your computer should be restarted. Make sure your sound settings are correct. Check the output device in Firefox. You should update your audio driver. Firefox should be updated. Add-ons in Firefox should be disabled. **Reset Firefox to its default settings. Firefox should be reinstalled.**
- for the purpose of loading More, then Settings. **Select Privacy and Security from the menu. Clear your browsing history . Select** All time from the drop-down menu next to 'Time range.' Cookies and site data, as well as cached pictures and files, should be selected. Deselect the other data types.
- Firefox should be reinstalled.
- **Restart Firefox.**
- Make a new profile in Firefox.
- Other options are available. Examine the browser's internals. Examine your Internet security software for any conflicts.
