They also lay the groundwork for the **Civil Service College** and an **8 MW Solar PV Farm**, both of which are being funded by India. They also inked a deal to extend a **USD 190 million** line of credit from **India** to Mauritius for the Metro Express and other development projects, as well as a **Memorandum of Understanding** on the implementation of modest development projects. \
