[**Safari**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/95485/how-do-i-reset-safari-without-reinstalling-it) is Apple's browser for iPhones, iPads, and iPods, and it's installed by default, just like macOS. You should keep the iOS version on your device up to current because this will keep Safari up to date as well. If a Safari update is available, you can receive it by updating or upgrading your iOS, or iPadOS.

- **Open the Settings app** on your phone.
- Select General.
- **Select Software Update** from the menu.
- Install any updates or upgrades that are displayed. With the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, you get the most up-to-date version of Safari.
