Safari may fail to respond for a variety of causes, resulting in crashing or freezing. When users are unable to launch Safari even after the reset, the problem becomes more complicated.

1. There are **too many tabs open.**
2. There is an **excessive amount of cache, downloads, and history logs** that haven't been cleaned in a long time.
3. **Safari is crashing or freezing** due to an extension, plugin, or webpage you're visiting.
4. Safari has become obsolete.
5. An older **version of macO**S is available.
6. So this could be the reasons that safari is not opening
