When users are unable to launch Safari even after the reset, the problem becomes more complicated.

2. There is an excessive amount of cache, downloads, and history logs that haven't been cleaned in a long time.
3. **Safari is crashing or freezing due to an extension, plugin, or webpage you're visiting.**
4. **Safari has become obsolete.**
