Telegram has set up a dedicated forum where you can report any issues with your Telegram account (including account hacking) in order to help Telegram and leave the rest to Telegram and its crew. To communicate with [**Telegram**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/95337/how-safe-is-a-private-group-in-telegram), complete the following steps to complain and request that your account be hacked:

- To send Telegram users' complaints, go to this section and click on the appropriate forum link.
- Please describe your situation in the Please describe your problem section, mentioning that your Telegram account has been hacked and that we are attempting to recover it.
- Fill in the Your phone number area with the phone number associated with your Telegram account.
- In the Your email area, you must also supply your email address.
- Finally, select Submit to send your message to Telegram's support team. In most cases, Telegram support will respond in less than 24 hours
