The [**Order of the Dragon King**](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Order_of_the_Dragon_King) is Bhutan's **highest honor, bestowed in honor of a lifetime of benefit** to the community and Kingdom of Bhutan. It is the pinnacle of Bhutan's honor code, with 2 levels, and took priority over all other **[awards](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/94181/who-has-been-named-the-world-s-best-player-at-the-inaugural-best-fifa-football-awards-2016-in-zurich-switzerland), honors, and badges**. The First Class, made of sterling silver, includes a Breast Star and Sash Badge, whereas the Second Class just has a Sash and Badge.
