It's just as **simple to send a message on [Telegram](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/95274/why-is-the-telegram-app-very-useful-for-students) as it is on other similar apps:** \

- Install the app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
- Enter your phone number and the verification code sent to you by Telegram.
- Include a photo and your name.
- Give Telegram permission to view your contact list.
- You'll see a list of pals who are using the app if you tap 'Contacts' in the lower right corner of your screen.
- **Choose a friend and type and send a message using the text area.**
