1. **Deactivate Account:** First, you must deactivate your Telegram account. To cancel your Telegram account, go to the Telegram account deactivation page.
2. Enter your phone number here: Enter the phone number associated with your Telegram account on the Telegram deactivation page.
3. **Delete and verify your Telegram account:** You must input the code you received in the Telegram app on the page. Give a reason for deleting the Telegram account and then click Delete.
4. Create a new Telegram account: To use Telegram again, you'll need to create a new account.
5. **Rejoining a Telegram group after being banned**: You can now search for Telegram groups and rejoin them after being banned. To rejoin the group, please search or click the private link.
