**Solution for Advanced Computer Users (Manual Fix):** 1: Double-check your **email account's configuration.** 2: Reconfigure email settings manually 3: Visit the website of your antivirus software vendor for more information, or disable the antivirus software. Also, disable the router's firewall. \
