If you're connecting to an Exchange mailbox and not using Microsoft 365 email, or if you're not sure whether you're using Microsoft 365 email, **look up your settings as follows:** \

- **Use the Outlook Web App to log in to your account.** See Sign in to [**Outlook**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/95174/how-do-i-add-contact-information-to-outlook-email) Web App for further information.
- **Select Settings Settings icon > Mail > POP & IMAP** from the toolbar in Outlook Web App.\
- The POP and IMAP settings page lists the POP3, IMAP4, and SMTP [server](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/43769/what-is-serverless-architecture-is-it-worth-switching-over) names, as well as any other settings you might need to provide.
