**This problem can be quickly resolved by resynchronizing your [Outlook](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/95235/how-do-i-fix-outlook-error-0x800ccc1a) folders.** To re-synchronize Outlook, follow the procedures outlined below. **Step 1:** Select Options from the Tools menu. **Step 2:** Select the Mail Setup tab in the Options dialogue box. **Step 3:** In the Send / Receive section, check the Send instantly when connected box. **Step 4**: Select Perform an automated Send / Receive when existing from the Send/Receive tab. **Step 5**: To close the window, click Close, and then OK. \
This solution will immediately resolve the Outlook email synchronization problem. \
