[**Outlook**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/95243/how-do-i-fix-outlook-s-action-cannot-be-completed-error) should be repaired. It's possible that the Outlook application has been harmed. To fix it, use the built-in Microsoft Office repair tool. \

1. All Office programs should be closed.
2. To access the **Control Panel, go to Start > Control Panel.**
3. Select the Category View option.
4. **Select Uninstall a Program** from the Programs area.
5. Change may be found by right-clicking Microsoft Office and selecting Change.
6. Choose between Online Repair and Repair. If a user account control prompt appears, select Yes.
7. After the process is finished, **restart Outlook.**
8. Now your problem should be solved
