The outlook may open wrongly or not at all due to a variety of difficulties. **The following are some of the most common offenders:** \

- Add-ons that are problematic.
- Files that have been damaged.
- A profile that has been tampered with.
- There are issues with the navigation pane.

Make changes to your [**Outlook**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/95238/how-do-i-connect-outlook-to-a-server) profile. **Outlook profiles can become corrupted, resulting in a variety of issues, including the inability to launch Outlook.** \

1. **Choose File > Account Settings > Account Settings f**rom the File menu.
2. Select the Email option from the drop-down menu.
3. To access the Repair wizard, select Repair (this option is not available for Outlook Exchange accounts).
4. To finish the procedure and **restart Outlook, follow the steps.**
