1. **Select and open a file** in any application that prints.
2. **Select 'File' > 'Print.'**
3. In the print dialogue box, **select 'Adobe PDF'** from the list of printers.
4. To utilize the Acrobat PDF printer, **click 'Print.'**
5. **Click 'OK'** and give your PDF a new file name. Save the file to your preferred location.
