## Steps to Fix it:

- Attempt to open the [file](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/59/encrypting-and-decrypting-files-using-c-sharp). Use **'Save As'** to save it with a shorter [name](https://yourviews.mindstick.com/view/80850/violence-in-the-name-of-racism-in-germany-and-much-more) once it has opened.
- If the file does not open after double-clicking it, choose 'Edit with Adobe' if you are using Adobe. Then you may use method 1 to save it with a new, shorter name or method 2 to save it with a new, longer name.
- or Open a registry editor (regedit.exe)
- HKEY LOCAL MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlFileSystem is the location to look for.
- LongPathsEnabled should be double-clicked.
- Set the value to 1 and click OK.
- Reboot.
