To spell-check a document, follow these steps:

1. **Select Check Spelling** » from the Edit menu. **Start in Comments,** Fields, and Editable Text...

2. **Select the most suited option:**

- Ignore Ignores only the word's present occurrence.
- Ignore All Ignores any and all instances of the term.
- The word is added to the [**dictionary.**](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dictionary)
- Only the current occurrence of the term is changed to the suggested spelling.
- All occurrences of that particular term are changed to the proposed spelling.

5. **Click Done** when you've completed checking your paper.
