Although not everyone will be affected by the difficulties discussed below, some users have discovered that in comparison to previous Windows 10 feature updates such as the November 2021 Update or the May 2021 Update, Windows 11 is particularly **awful at slowing down certain PCs.** \
Not only is **Windows 11 slowing down PC boot times**, but some users have also reported that their storage drives are performing slower input and output operations per second. There's also an issue that could slow down the read and write rates of a drive that's running Windows 11. In most circumstances, the speed difference between Windows 11 and Windows 10 is negligible when using a standard configuration. \
