- The first step in resolving the issue is to make sure the PC you wish to install Windows 11 on fulfils the **minimal requirements.** The quickest method is to go to the Windows 11 website and download Microsoft's PC Health Check software.
- Check to verify if you have enough space on your C drive or wherever Windows is placed to install Windows 11. If you don't have enough space, you can make more by reorganising your partitions, uninstalling some programmes, and eliminating your download folder.
- Then uninstall update KB5004300 and reset your computer.
- You should be able to close the Run programme without having to do anything further, and your Start menu should return to normal.
