**In Windows, perform a Clean [Boot](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/50422/how-to-fix-an-iphone-x-that-is-stuck-on-apple-logo-infinite-boot-loops).** Clean boot will be able to assist you to evaluate whether a background program or game is interfering with your computer speed, which is why we recommend running a clean boot in Windows first. \
**Step 1:** Go to Start and type MSConfig, then pick 'System Configuration' from the drop-down menu. **Step 2**: Click 'Disable all' under the 'Hide all Microsoft services' box on the Services tab. **Step 3**: Select 'Open Task Manager' from the Startup menu. **Step 4**: In Task Manager, go to the Startup tab and pick the things you want to disable. **Step 5**: Exit Task Manager, click 'OK' on System Configuration's Startup tab, and restart the machine. **Step 6**: Check to see if the blue screen error persists when the computer restarts.
