There are some methods to fix driver problems are:

- Make sure the hardware device you're using is **compatible with your computer** and Windows version. If the device isn't compatible, you'll have to search for the appropriate driver. Look over the documentation that came with your gadget. You can also use the Windows Compatibility Center website to look for the device.
- Many devices necessitate the use of specific drivers in order to function properly. **Ensure that any software discs that came with the device have been installed.**
- Restart the computer; this may be necessary if the driver demands it or if the driver was not properly installed.
- If the device is a [**USB**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/50616/how-to-connect-to-your-iphone-8-personal-hotspot-using-usb) device, unplug it and plug it into a different USB port. Windows should recognize the device, install the necessary drivers, and alert you. if the device drivers didn’t install properly.
