- **Use your Adobe ID to log in**.-Sign in with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social ([**Facebook**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/50902/how-to-fix-facebook-that-keeps-crashing-on-your-iphone-7-plus-after-updating-to-ios-11-3-1) or Google) account, at https://documentcloud.adobe.com
- **Then select Apps, then Download.-**The Adobe Document Cloud Home view shows after you sign in. To begin the download, go to the left pane and choose Apps, then Download next to Acrobat Pro DC.
- **Start the installation process.** Follow the instructions to open the binary setup (Windows) or DMG (Mac) file and start the installer, depending on the browser you're using.
- Click the Run button in Internet Explorer.
- Save the file in Firefox, then double-click the downloaded file, which can be found by clicking the Show All Downloads icon in the window's upper-right corner.
- Double-click the downloaded file in Chrome, which can be found in the browser's lower-left corner.
- **Open Acrobat Reader.** To finish the installation and start Acrobat, follow these steps:
- A User Account Control prompt comes in Windows. Yes should be selected. Click Launch Acrobat when the installation is finished.
- An Adobe Acrobat installer screen occurs on MacOS. To begin installation, double-click the installer icon; if an alert message occurs, click Open. Click Launch Acrobat when the installation is finished.
