That's one of the reasons Apple claims the **13 Pro** can play video for three hours longer (22 hours) than the **iPhone 13,** which can only play video for 19 hours.

- You can disable the option that allows apps to refresh in the background to save battery life. To turn off Background App Refresh completely, go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and pick Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi & Cellular Data, or Off.
