## problem with your Android phone that is not playing songs and videos:

- **Attempt to download the video once more.-**If the downloading procedure was interrupted in the middle, you can run into this problem.
- **Restart your mobile device.-**All you have to do is long-press the Power button and select the 'Restart' option from the Power options that appear.
- **Download a Media Player that is Compatible-**It's likely that the video format you have won't be supported by your Android's native media player.
- **Clear the Media Player's Cache-**Simply navigate to Settings > Apps > VLC Media Player > Storage and tap the 'Clear Cache' option to fix the problem.
- Video can be transferred to the phone's internal storage.
- Firmware on your Android device should be updated.-Simply unlock your handset and navigate to Settings > About Phone > System Update to see what the most recent compatible version of Android is. \
