- **Apps crashing** on an Android device is a typical occurrence, but there are numerous ways to address the issue.
- A crashing app can usually be fixed by force-stopping and restarting it. Check your WiFi and make sure you have enough free storage space if that doesn't work.
- Apps can become unstable if you have very limited free storage space on your phone, just like they can become unstable if you have an intermittent WiFi connection.
- Scroll down to Storage in the Settings app. You should be able to see how much space is available without tapping, but tapping Storage will reveal further information about how much space is available and what programs and files are utilizing it.
- Free up storage space on your phone by uninstalling apps, images, and other types of data you no longer need when you're ready to do some spring cleaning. Then check to see if the extra storage space has fixed your problem.
