- **Examine Your [Internet](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/94925/why-won-t-my-android-phone-open-up-some-pdfs-but-will-open-other-pdfs-downloaded-from-the-internet) Service-**To download apps from the Play [Store](https://www.mindstick.com/interview/1205/what-is-the-command-to-take-backup-and-restore-for-sharepoint-site), you'll need a good cellular data or Wi-Fi connection. Turn on airplane mode and then turn it off.
- If you can't download apps using mobile data, switch to a Wi-Fi connection. If the issue remains on Wi-Fi, restart or reset your router's system settings menu **(Settings > System > Date & time)** to ensure that your device is using the network-provided date time.
- The Use network-provided time-zone option should also be toggled on.
- Toggle **Bluetooth off in Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences** > Bluetooth or go to Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > Bluetooth.
- Navigate to **Settings > Apps & Notifications > App info** (or See all apps) > Clear Cache from Google Play Store > Storage & Cache.
- The Android Download Manager downloads apps from the Google Play Store to your smartphone. If the built-in downloader is disabled or malfunctioning, you won't be able to install or update programs. Play Store download difficulties can be resolved by resetting the Download Manager.
- Although Android notifies you when your device's internal storage is low, go to **Settings > Storage** to see if your device has enough storage space to accommodate new apps.
