- Ascertain that you have a stable internet connection. If you can connect to a Wi-Fi [**network**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/94988/how-do-i-change-the-public-network-to-work-in-windows-10), that's ideal. Make sure you have a solid mobile data connection if you don't have access to Wi-Fi. If your device is running out of space, apps will not be able to download or install.
- If you receive a message concerning storage space, your smartphone may be running out of capacity. Your gadget has a storage capacity of less than 1 GB.
- **Restart your computer or device.** It may appear easy, but it is sometimes all that is required to repair a faulty connection.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if restarting doesn't work:
- Tap Network & internet or Connections in the Settings app. These settings may differ depending on your device.
- Turn off Wi-Fi and turn on mobile data to see if there's a change. If not, turn off your mobile data and turn on your Wi-Fi, then check again.
- Android is in charge of app memory usage. The majority of the time, you don't need to close apps. If an app isn't responding, though, try shutting it.
- You can reinstall an app if you uninstalled it and need it later. You won't have to buy the app again if you already paid for it.
- Clear cache: Removes temporary data from the system. Some apps may take longer to launch the next time you use them.
- **Clear data storage:** Deletes all app data permanently. We propose starting by deleting the app from within it.
