- **There are certain problems which are just solved by switching on and off the phone.**
- If your phone is turning off and you can't get it to turn back on without removing the battery, you've probably got a software problem, and a reset should fix it.
- When you have mobile data but no internet connection, all you have to do is turn on and off Airplane mode. This will disconnect your phone from the mobile network and will also solve the problem.
